1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mpo889, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mpo889 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and jurisdictions we serve.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia, or be lawfully accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using mpo889 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an existing Account holder on mpo889. Each natural person is permitted to hold one Account only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or family member of any of the above categories of persons employed by mpo889 or its affiliated suppliers and licensors.
• You must not be self-excluded from mpo889 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that overlaps with use of this Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

3 Account Registration

To access the Platform's services, you must complete the registration process and create a valid Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
2. Single Account Policy: You may only register one Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected, mpo889 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and retain any real-money funds pending an investigation. If the investigation clears the Player of intentional fraud, real-money deposits (net of withdrawals) will be returned.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. mpo889 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National ID card / KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and where required, proof of payment method ownership. mpo889 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
5. Account Currency: All Accounts on mpo889 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is offered on the Platform. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and settled in IDR.
6. Account Inactivity: An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mpo889 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 to inactive Account balances after written notice is sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be closed without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

mpo889 supports the following local Indonesian payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to a processing delay of up to 3 business days.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined automatically.
3. Maximum Withdrawal: Standard Accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per day. VIP-tier Accounts (Gold and above) benefit from elevated daily withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Program Terms.
4. Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within an average of 5 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the earliest available opportunity.
5. Zero Platform Fees: mpo889 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6. Payment Method Ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited. mpo889 will return funds to the originating payment source and may suspend the Account pending investigation if a third-party payment method is detected.
7. Anti-Money Laundering: In accordance with international AML obligations, mpo889 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited. Withdrawals may be delayed pending satisfactory verification. Deposits and withdrawals that cannot be verified will be refused and returned.
8. Chargeback Policy: Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction (chargeback) through your bank or payment provider constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mpo889 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, void all associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through legal channels.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

mpo889 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Clause and the specific terms displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms prevail.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Players who have self-excluded or are under investigation are not eligible for any promotional offer.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account.
3. Game Contribution: Different games contribute at different rates toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sportsbook wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
4. Bonus Abuse: mpo889 employs automated systems and manual review teams to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or mathematically advantage betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to share bonus funds. Confirmed abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
5. Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
6. Promotional Modifications: mpo889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an offer will have their terms honoured for the duration of the offer's validity period.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on mpo889. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game panel and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mpo889. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where the offered odds were posted in error or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
2. Sportsbook Settlements: Sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures — are settled according to the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event. Where an event is abandoned or postponed, mpo889's in-play settlement rules as published in the Sportsbook Help section shall apply.
3. Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) are settled on the basis that all legs must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more legs are voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining selections. A voided selection reduces the number of legs but does not void the entire bet unless only one selection remains.
4. Odds Errors: In the event that an odds or pricing error is identified — whether in the sportsbook, live in-play markets, or casino game configurations — mpo889 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. This applies even after initial settlement if an error is discovered retrospectively.
5. RNG Certification: All casino games, including togel (numbers lottery) draws and virtual sports outcomes, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP figures for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.
6. Responsible Wagering: Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits via their Account settings. mpo889 supports responsible gaming and provides self-exclusion tools at no cost. See Clause 7 and our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

7 Responsible Gaming

mpo889 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling may cease to be entertainment and become a problem. The following tools and policies reflect that commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Increases to a deposit limit take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time-Out: Players may activate a play break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via Account settings. During a time-out, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or temporarily close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may contact support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is upheld for the full period requested. Re-opening an Account before the exclusion period ends requires a formal written request and a mandatory 24-hour review period.

• 21+ Policy: mpo889 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years across all products. Any Account found to belong to an underage user will be suspended immediately and all balances will be returned to the registered payment method.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mpo889 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of mpo889 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of mpo889.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data, odds, or game content from the Platform.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.

Any breach of this Clause may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

9 Privacy & Data

Your use of mpo889 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, mpo889 collects and processes personal data to:

• Verify your identity and comply with KYC and AML obligations.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims.
• Deliver customer support and resolve disputes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo889 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, game errors, settlement disputes, or payment processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account, transmissions, or data where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to technical or human error.
• Any loss arising from events of force majeure, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or any other circumstances beyond mpo889's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, mpo889's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

mpo889 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of cheating.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against mpo889.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease service to a particular user or jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any bonus funds under investigation and any amounts subject to an ongoing fraud review) will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours and any eligible balance will be returned within 5 business days.

12 Amendments

mpo889 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Send a notification to the registered email address associated with your Account at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, where the changes materially affect your rights or obligations.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage for a minimum of 7 days following the update.

Your continued use of mpo889 following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate voluntary Account closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpo889 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and mpo889 arising from your use of the Platform:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact mpo889 at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 calendar days of the dispute arising.
2. Formal Arbitration: If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the gaming licensing authority or an agreed independent arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective claim, or representative proceeding against mpo889.

Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
